Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using any feature that shows content from other users (including project group chats, community areas, and shared media), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use those features.

2. User-generated content

The App may display text, images, or other materials submitted by users. You understand that such content is provided by other users, not by us.

3. Zero tolerance for abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on PRJCT. This includes, without limitation:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking
• Hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or similar traits
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual exploitation
• Graphic violence glorification or instructions to harm people
• Spam, scams, malware, or deceptive links
• Illegal activity or content that violates applicable law

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for content you submit. You must not post content that violates Section 3. You must not attempt to circumvent moderation or reporting tools.

5. Moderation, reporting, and blocking

We provide tools in the App to help keep the community safe, including:

• Automated and manual filtering of certain objectionable text before it is posted where technically feasible;
• A Report function to flag objectionable content to us;
• A Block function so you can stop seeing another user’s messages in a project context; blocking also generates a notice for our moderation team.

When you block someone, their messages should disappear from your view in that project immediately once the App refreshes the conversation.

6. How we handle reports

We take reports seriously. For reports of serious violations (including threats, hate, sexual content involving minors, or illegal material), we aim to review and take appropriate action within 24 hours, which may include removing the reported content and restricting the account that posted it. Timing may vary for lower-severity reports or high volume, but we prioritise safety.

7. No professional advice

PRJCT is a social and events platform. Content is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or user-generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of user-generated features after changes constitutes acceptance.
